@Gator328 fair enough; now let's assess whether the intellectual capital; CHEMOSAT and patents are valuable. If you are on the other end and Jenny isn't going to sell due to self-interest. Then the next option is a T/O tender offer. In the end, I understand Jenny's self-preservation instinct but we are still the owners of the company. If tomorrow Bayer released a tender offer of only .50 a share I suspect they would have no problems taking over at that price. The only thing that would keep them from getting this at .20 a share has to be Merck and/or Roche among others.
Again, if the pipeline for DCTH is not strong enough to elicit that behavior from the big pharma companies I am a complete fool for throwing this much money into it.
There is just too much game left to talk B/O (we still own the company)
As an aside; taking out all the hypothetical scenarios; IMO Jenny has completely lost all credibility and goodwill from a very large percentage of the SHers
