Well, sure, but the point is that there isn't solid buying pressure at the ask because investors don't currently have confidence in a higher PPS. Without sheer momentum, this will need positive news. If there was as much faith in this stock as many claim to have, they would be hitting that ask and churning this into .005, but they're not.
