Vote deadline confusion is bullish because it is a signal of R/S failure or exposure to a major lawsuit. Currently, there is a significant problem as there are two deadlines indicated for the R/S vote: last night at 11:59 and today at 5PM. There are several reports that the voting has indeed been concluded as of last night. IMO this can only mean that R/S has failed and the company gave up. There is no way they can induce a R/S while disenfranchising potential NO votes by shortening the deadline as soon as they get the YES votes! So if the R/S went through they would be immediately exposed to a lawsuit. They can, however, wave the white flag and close the voting pre-maturely as they see a definitive loss. In regards to reporting, I also agree that they may with-hold the loss (hope they don't) but would immediately report a win. So no news today should be interpreted as good news.
Also, there is a very important recording of the solicitation phone conversation that I believe also exposes this company to a lawsuit. They are NOT allowed to manipulate SHers. They inferred that there was no option other than R/S to keep the company afloat. However, if it comes to light that there were B/O or J/V options on the table and they hid them to try to maintain their positions = SEC investigation. GLTA
