I suspect it is the market makers playing games. We have two really big events that are going to take place this month:

1. ECOS getting current
2. Jointly held event this month between Ecolocap and Lakeshore Recycling showcasing bio-art and giving us updates

I bet the timing of the current filings and the event will be strategically held and released.
