It's always hard to guess. One recent new Grey went a little higher on the first trade or two, and then crashed and burned. Usually, though, the initial trades are lowballs. Then after awhile, the stock ticks up a little. But after a few days, liquidity begins to dry up. That continues over weeks and months.
On Friday, the stock may or may not start trading at or shortly after the bell. That depends on when DTC gets around to issuing a resumption of trading notice. More than once in the past few months, they've been late with the notice, not publishing it for a few hours. So if brokers won't allow orders to be entered, that's why. You'll need to keep an eye out for the notice. Once it appears, trading will begin.
As for the price... BITCF closed at $1.79 the day before the suspension. It won't reopen at $0.0001. Maybe the number for the close on Day One will be somewhere between 50 cents and $1.30. But that's just a guess. One thing that's likely is that eventually it'll begin to drop further, and liquidity will dry up.
