Recent BACKDATED lie.

April 7 - sunshine files PR, no mention of going private
April 12 - SEC suspends until April 26.
April 15 - Sunshine releases BACKDATED (April 7) "going private letter"
May 9 - Sunshine "hires" Duck Anderson to help lift the suspension.

What they DID file was Financial reports on MAY 30 with OTCM in an effort to become "current and to start trading again.

Funnier all the time at this scam.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
