LMAO.....Sunshine capital was TEMPORARILY suspended for two weeks....and two weeks only.... as is the SEC's authority to do.

Rhetorical question: if the company "went private" before the suspension was lifted, why is our hero petitioning to lift the suspension a month later?

Anderson just makes it up as he goes. Serial liars always have another lie to tell.
