Lets use common sense, if finra had found evidence of a "scam" during the months they have been working on this file, trading would have already been halted. Next you will probably say that they just haven't found it yet. Well then finra really sucks at their job since they have been working WITH the company for months. Are you saying finra is incompetent? Emotions have no place in investing, posts crying scam are just laughable if you understand the motive behind it all.
