It is not IMCL business to be involved in the patent fight. It is/was Sanofi's patent so let them fight.

Sanofi was the legal patent holder. IMCL paid to Sanofi. IMCL played by the rules. Consequently, no penalties for IMCL.

Now, Yeda is the legal patent holder, and IMCL must make a deal with it with a clause that if the patent changes in a future then IMCL has a recourse.

IMCL must forget about the exclusivity. It will never get it back regardless of who owns the patent. It is the history now.
