I read your post, then did some DD, your post is quite misleading. OS is not low, as of 09/01/2017 it was 1,343,534,821 and only 3.9% of that is owned by insiders ( 52,378,280 shares). On June 30, 2017 the OS was 582,379,421, so FUTL more than doubled their OS in 2 months! As of June 30th they had over $500,000 in convertible notes, no income yet and a fairly high burn rate. Having a little trouble seeing the appeal here.
