The fact he is only trying to raise $5M is also interesting.

$4.6M net is a lot, but not for massive and immediate growth. It seems more like they want to open a few more locations and then use the success of those new markets to attract additional capital at better terms.

I'd rather he do this than to try to raise $30M in one fell swoop at these depressed stock prices.
