Hypothetical Question:
Lets say that the company decides to sell the entire company to a suitor immediately after getting FDA approval.
What would the share price be without a single sale to a hospital?
Clearly, the small shareholder has no input. It is only the 50% owners that can determine the price.
Does anyone have any real idea what the price might be based on this scenario?
