No, but can you imagine a JV with .....

no announcement ? LOL. That would top anything I've ever seen. I suspect the JV partner is waiting on Parkin right now for something. LOL.

<IHDR, in your research, did you get a specific indication that the JV would be announced to shareholders? They may develop 10 JV's, but if they don't announce them the shares won't move.>
