Please point to any news release, statement by Steve Berman, or patent link that says that this is patented or patent pending. If this does have a patent, then was isn't is stated in the news releases when talking about it. IE: Meeting with GM to discuss our patented FMS Safe Driving app. Would seem to me that if there was a patent, that Steve would proudly announce it to the world every chance he had.
