Because Midam Ventures arbitration is not yet complete, and the catalysts moves are not done yet either. If you don't think that Midam is not behind this, think again. We have an open lawsuit against them. It hurt their reputation, cost them business. Management was brave enough to exploit them. Things will change. JMHO
