Pretty much every otc company has some kind of voting rights leverage to the company or insiders, usually 51%. I am not defending icld but that is the way of the otc and companies getting started. This is not unususl. I am not saying I like it either but they operate differently than other companies and have higher volativity than typical companies. Good and bad.
