Sorry, don't know the answer to that. Still, creditors like that would be pretty high on the list of those to be paid, would they not? Looks like a reorg would force CWCI to sell a bunch of PP&E, which they would use to pay off A/P so they could keep functioning. Hard to see how the common retains any value, though, unless there is a very charitable white knight riding to the rescue.
