Well no actual detail. It's always going on a persons word. The last time he didn't really clarify that we were getting updates. It was perceived many ways. In the last email he actually said there would be an update next week. Take it for what it's worth. I still think this one is going to take a lot of patience to pay off. They're selling shares to build this business. That NDA they have is holding up progress I think. Once we get disclosure I think this takes a hard turn north.
