Without the 10K, I don't see much else mattering at all. I can't get any answers at all lately. I've called to no answers, left voicemails that have been ignored, emailed both the company and IR and have heard nothing. I even tried, via Facebook. Nothing there as well. I can't even purchase any new shares because of the "caveat emptor" restriction placed upon SIML. All because of the lack of any 10K I'm assuming. Doesn't look too rosy in my opinion.
