Seth SHAW the $15K TXTM $0.0002 per share 'accredited' investor Yes or No?

If yes, how is that supposed to be good even if it represents $15K? Where is the JUSTICE? I pay 7 times per share more than he pays but I give SAME amount of money but get 7 times less shares?
