I'm not even sure WHY WE ARE STILL DISCUSSING THIS AND GIVING IT ANY CREDENCE OR MERIT? Please folks. Look at the incorrect data presented, the context and how it was presented and don't get spun by the actions of others. As for that person- clearly they sold and realized they made a big mistake. Who sells on a chart like this anyway???
Anyone with half a brain could have reached out to USAID tosee what becomes public knowledge and when. They would have found out what I already found out months ago.
