Here's the bottom line I put to the whole problem: "The US can not improve the air on this planet..."

The US should not suffer for the acts of others. How stupid is an idea of America and Americans suffering while China, India, Russia... keep polluting? Right or wrong that is just as stupid as stupid can be.

But again, most of the learned peoples in the world, and by a wide margin has stated and proved that it is a natural event that was in cycle before the birth of mankind.
