I just got off of the phone with Jeff Canouse, and we talked for about 10 minutes, when I finally told him ''Thank you so much for taking my call today, for good news & positive updates are like delicious food & water, and a glass of good red wine to a hungry & starving person here in pinky~landia via i-hub!!!$$$ He apologized again to me directly for having taken so long to get back to me, and as he said, the only main & real excuse is that ''I have been so busy trying to get the new app up & going.'', aside from some other attempts at letting several viable businesses in his immediate area that are making some money quarterly (inferred because of the positive way that he said it); And he has let about 5 such small local businesses know that he is a buyer, who would like to invest & buy into them, and act as a holding agent/owner, while he helps them to grow.
