AerLine Holdings LLC is the owner of Songbird Airways. Sister company of AerSale and also Xtra Airways.

Interpretation of the 8K is up to the individual. I Interpret the 8K as what the company wants to happen and what they feel will happen, but I know that nothing always goes exactly as planned in the world we all live in and not going to get bent out of shape if there is a slight delay.
