Like I stated in previous posts, can't just pick out certain parts of the Company's statements from 8K's or PR's! You must read the whole statement!! Like the last line in that 8K!! Believe me.... if both parties agree on a different date, the deal will be done. Stating another 90 day waiting period must happen is just not true! A couple week delay could happen with out incident!!

There can be no assurances that the Company will enter into a definitive agreement with Songbird, and even if the Company does enter into such agreement, we may not consummate this purchase at all or on the terms discussed in the LOI.

Me and other investors have heard what the company stated in the update... we know the Target date is September 15th and the acquisition will be hopefully close to that date. It's up to individuals to decide how they would like to interpret the statements by the company! My interpretation is that that date is a target date and the deal will be very close to it... hopefully on it! Not going to be bent out of shape if it's a couple weeks later though. I guess if people freak and sell though, it's just more good deals for me and others to add to our position
