I'm going to speak to my lawyer about filing a class action lawsuit. They blatantly deceived investors, myself included, by stating that the reason for the RS was to uplist to Nasdaq when they knew fully well that they did not meet the requirements. If this was any company listed on a major exchange they would be sued out the ass. SEC rules apply to all publicly traded companies including scams like this one.
