Every penny stock that I have traded in has made the same future outlook by a new CEO and even suggested that traders should buy in at a certain price to get ready for another stock price increase for a brighter future.

Now of them actually happened, but I lost a lot of money waiting and watching them crash!

I've read often, the requirements NASDAQ puts out for new members to meet and none of them state that they should dilute their penny stock prices while they wait on assets to get ready to move.

Nothing new here with MMEG that hides their future from the traders!
