No it doesn't make sense I agree. I just can't figure out why Campo would intentionally not file them if they were complete. I've seen several posts and I was trying to see if anyone had a good theory. I mean we can see 2015 & 2016's on the 8k, so it cannot be he is holding them because their is something he is hiding.
