My prediction with Songbird deal is that Frank J. Visconti will be a part of the Board of Director for US Global and will use his experience and connection to help the new company grow.

As for Songbird's 119 Management team, depending on if any of them has moved on or not, they may just join US Global Team.

He only has been with the company since the beginning of this year, and I would not be surprised if he goes with USGlobal.

He has strong connection to Aerline, and he may not go with USGlobal, as he may stay with Aerline for stability.

As for the others, I don't see them taking over a position as Tony has them filled, but they may work under the current management.

Songbird is still in operations, as it seems from the linkedin profile as they are still employed by the company, unless they haven't updated their profile.

23 days until Sept. 15th, and I suspect we'll be seeing a lot of filings in the coming days.
