Nice to see FNBCQ bounce 65% to 0.0188 so far from its New bottom 0.0114! Only 37K shares ask at 0.0179 now v.s. 66K shares bid at 0.0125!

Hopefully it won't hit another New 52-week low 0.01 as someone speculated!

Why someones still sold their shares at 0.0142 after FNBCQ bounced to 0.0188? I wish 0.0114 could hold the current Bottom or All-Time-Low! The 52-week high/low was 13.84/0.0114 so far.
