Good takeaway, Hydr0gen, thanks for sharing. BVTK will have many fingers in many pots, and it will happen quickly considering the magnitude of the deals

Here's some DD I did on this that I posted on Reddit a few days ago..

Part of the government's latest cybersecurity initiatives have been to allocate funds towards testing pilot projects to enhance innovation in artificial intelligence, information technology, space and life sciences, and drones and other unmanned vehicles. The division that has received federal funding to review and examine ideas from startups and other lesser known companies for their potential use in the government sector is called DIUx (Defense Innovation Unit Experimental). Source

Here's why this could be lucrative for BVTK:

• Private investors have pumped about $2B into the companies involved in the DIUx.

• Trump is on board with the project (yep, even though Obama initiated it!) and wants to fund it with the full amount the project seeks which is $30M a year.

• DIUx simplifies and, more importantly, hastens the bidding process and has been awarding contracts within four months. This is great news because these deals would otherwise be very time consuming and measured in years if not for DIUx, by which time the tech would likely become obsolete.

• Since its inception in 2016, DIUx has awarded $100M in contracts to 45 pilot projects (BVTK, anyone?)

• None of the companies involved in the project are the giant military/defense corporations that you would expect to see in a project of this caliber. The purpose of the initiative is to let small startups and lesser known companies with niche capabilities exhibit their products and services.

Now here's an excerpt from Dr. Cellucci's letter to shareholders from June 2017:

Placing the product with the NCOIC has already provided us very important exposure to large enterprise and government organizations such as the Pentagon (DoD), US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), NATO and many others. Exposure to these entities could result in significant orders through our pilot programs, and potentially accelerate licensing deals associated with Ecrypt One’s IP.

So what's the takeaway? DIUx has been actively seeking new tech specifically from small companies to shore up military and defense technology. Through DIUx and the NCOIC product placement, in addition to Dr. Cellucci's existing connections, BVTK could very well have closed on multiple deals with different divisions of the government that are already completed with the money already having been issued. Because of DIUx's speedy contracting process, we could be hearing about these deals right after the financials are current.

In other words, there shouldn't be any lengthy bureaucratic red tape delays preventing us from hearing anything.

Time will tell what's really going on and we'll see how this all plays out, but it seems as if the pieces of the gigantic puzzle BVTK is working on are starting to fit into their proper places.
