I'm following your logic and concur in part. These debt holders should be identified as a SEC registrant. Perhaps I haven't found it yet, will dig in some more and see what all can be ascertained.

From initial due diligence appears the stock price is extremely inflated considering the discounted shares to be distributed, the current CD debt still due, a story about a pending reverse merger.

I know how legitimate companies go public, and this is quite suspect.
