There is a distinct difference on why a patent claim is rejected.

When it is rejected by stringing together a series of patents to suggest that the combination would be obvious to a person of ordinary skill in the art, it is not that hard to refute.

When a claim is rejected because of prior art (in this case an issued patent on a piezo powered contact lens)... good luck there!
