Seems so but there is a European/American on board as well regarding the commercial boiler technology in which 'looks like' they implement the ETH mining with their commercial company members - also looks like that is more in the Mexico portion for the American on the RCIT team... I'm just piecing the layout together in my findings- please share what you come up with as well ;) New Zealand is the other place and Vietnamese programming for the patent (?) process software re: coin mining - haven't had time to prove these puzzle pieces yet but it's where the reading has led the path
