"WHY" would a new exchange pick up GTE now, with delisting around the corner & the PPs at historical lows?

Damn tinfoil. Something doesn't make sense, in a logical big guy action like that!

I mean GTE has traded on at exchange level for some time now, with major swings and sometimes volumes for fees, in the past. WHY pick up GTE now?

What business decision made Boston start listing GTE at this point in time? Kind of like buying at a double bottom low.

Do they feel delisting won't happen and if so why? More questions.
