I was reminding Zeev of Cityscape Financial. It was a bankrupt company I lost a mint in a long time ago. It was the first time I ran across this wierd guy "Zeev Hed". He was busy telling me and a large group of "Brilliant" investors about something new he called "Death Spiral and Toxic Convertibles"

It was the first time I had read his work. I have long since learned not to bet against him.
