It has been posted/published that Jefferson was requested by the old ERHC (before Offor) to do some lobbying on Capital Hill.

Doreen Wilson was fearful that Nigeria would take out Sao Tome's claims.

The lobbying was on behalf of ERHC and Sao Tome.

David J. pointed out that it was an old folder.
