If there was anything damaging in that folder then ERHC deserves everything thrown at them just for being the stupidest jackasses in the world. Who would leave incriminating evidence in their offices when they knew Jefferson was under a full investigation? Wouldn't they have expected some sort of raid/contact from DOJ since we knew STP had inferred we were shady a few months earlier (then disavowed same)? Would anybody on this board have allowed info like that (if indeed it was incriminating)to be left at their company? Obviously no, so I can't believe that folder will cause ERHC any problems. Conversely, it may make us look good if it recorded any solicitations from Jefferson for unlawful political help in Nigeria that we turned down.
