Its all part of a process!

September 5th: Judgment becomes final...after that all WAMU cases dismissed.

September 19th: JPM receives $645 Million which they have already done accounting for a positive event.

After that FDIC resolves the R which is what everyone is waiting for...
there is no organic growth we have had plenty of opportunities there is the waiting for that special event.

December 31st: WAMU Exchange 1031 winds up.
