SDC will reimburse the Company on the said Service Cost



There is no mention of this reimbursement in the Merkur admission document.

They should have filed a bloody 8-k with all the details. Would have been a lot easier.

But I just noticed another thing.

ShangHai Virgo Trading co. Ltd = ShangHai Vigour Trading co. Ltd ?

Wow. It can't be a coincidence, right?
