If you still have not noticed, the whole section " Item 2. Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Plan of Operations" is missing. My guess is that ECOVIS or the lawyers did not like what they wrote in this section, like too frisky forward looking statements, or speculating about things they can not prove/guarantee.
