Parsons could have easily let those notes convert on us and not have spent the extra $40,000 but he had absolutely no intention of jacking up the O/S on us.. i think the real magic happened from 5/31 to now.. with the issuance of shares to Eagle equities i believe that signaled the completion of the old notes clean up and more than likely the end of toxic note dilution.. of course some of the old notes converted, thats a given.. Parsons did one hell of a job cleaning old managements mess and all while coordinating the aquisition of RAD.. he deserves a hell of alot of credit for all of this while many have criticized him.. the OMVS shell was a great target even with the old notes considering RAD will benefit substantially tax wise from the $3.5 mil NOL it also contains
