Filing Chapter 11 is Imminent and nobody is going to get anything!


That is absurd.

I am not exactly the company cheerleader, but even I would say they clearly can stay in business.

Hell, had they taken the current step, along with a BOD salary slash, a year ago they probably could even have kept their jobs.
