Right now DRYS is ripe for takeover.
The lawsuits are an issue no doubt when it comes to takeovers, however the exit of family management if the numbers are right will overshadow those civil complaints. No way am I saying those complaints are not warranted either. Just dirty business to straighten things out. IMO an exit is in store. Either way GE maybe able to redeem his ego!!
