Yes this is what they state in the latest docs, the question is why?

To get the illusion of share reduction that Delaware wouldn't allow?
They released the share reduction info and the PPS shot up.

Again.... without looking at Delaware docs it's an assumption.

The company has now told us in the current filing.... 10 billion shares!
