Nope, ALKM closer to 5 billion shares issued and outstanding, as of today. The info posted was from 2016. They've been dumping billions and billions of shares since then.

Contact the CEO to get current info, as apparently the company has gagged their transfer agent (another red flag).

Look at some of their 8K's and 13G's to see that they were getting closer to 5 billion shares out, as of earlier this year.
