Don't think we will ever get an answer from Currah on anything specific, just charges and claims none of which with detail. The history is there for all to see and it didn't begin when Dan took the position and it is history that the courts are going to be interested in exploring.

The Share structure, the CTO, the Security Commission charges and agreement, the cores, deferred expenses and salary vs. results, distribution of shares, SOE, insider trading are all going to be fair game and I was Currah or Keevil I would be worried about more penalties including potential jail time.
