I've grown weary on the circular conversations although I have gotten the gist of what you're saying....I think.

If I am keeping up at all on the rules of the process of proxies and change of directors (this is like reading the phonebook for me) at all, my thought is that the Ronin arrival is just a catalyst to shake up the current BOD and not necessarily a takeover. A change of control may a longer term goal....ie...next year?

Perhaps we will see more in a few days on all such questions, including $$$ cut from current BOD yearly remuneration...most folks real problem with current BOD.

A cut in pay now, although the right thing to do, would be a mere reaction to Ronin. Can the market forgive them for so many years of the "milking"?

Ronins plan seems very good but of course their omission of their TRUE intention with the exosome testing platform rubbed me the wrong way.

Of course I do understand why they wouldn't telegraph the REAL VALUE, as indicated by Mr. White. It was done purposefully.
