Mr. Byrnes legal problems are imminent; any day now the NY DOL judge will make his decision on how much Mr. Byrnes owes and the guv won't fool around they will come after Mr. Byrnes; and, somewhere in the back ground will be a sheriff to enforce Mr. Byrnes sister's court judgement of $254 k . Both actions would include a liquidation of Mr. Byrnes 40 MM or so SRSR stock.

I strong believe Ontario courts will hold Scott completely harmless. But even if I am incorrect , which I sincerely doubt, the case won't be decided for 18 months to two years from now.

Hence, your assumptions are wholly inaccurate.
