Not according to anything I have read. Nickels are not counted as silver, and have never been silver in reality. Penny=.01, silver/dime=.10, dollar/paper=1.00 - each is 10X the last. At each 10X, I sell 10% of my shares of a given stock. I sold 3M (of 33M) shares of BVTK (avg .0008) at .008 and recovered my investment. Next comes .08, and I'll do that again, for a profit of $240K. I'll still have 27M shares to watch...
